Great food and service these days. Service has dramatically improved since 2009.

The hostess looks like everyone owes her money. This auntie with billionaire attitude made it sound like they don't need your business. No customer service at all. Cockiest restaurant I have ever been to. Just WOW. Don't go there just to get insults. The one downtown is way better off anyways. I hope she gets fired soon.

LOVE THIS DIMSUM PLACE!!! My best friends and I went there the first time and we were a little doubtful as we had our experiences with a few Chinese restaurants being a little judgemental(..?) towards other races and gave more attention to their own, but Kirin's staff is HELLA accommodating to all races, friendly, swift, ON THE DOT, with their customer service and food service. They were very welcoming and we really enjoyed the food. Food-wise, they were filling and good for their price. Excellent quality imo! I enjoyed the food and their customer service so much that I brought my boyfriend the next date! When we went together, a few of the staff working there remembered me so it was a nice feeling for me, we were so welcomed there. Kirin is definitely on my to-go list when I crave for more dimsum!!

We had our wedding reception here, wow that was a wonderful experience. The manager Max was one of the most knowledgeable restauranteur I have ever met. He made us feel really good about having our reception there and he fully delivered on all his promises. Dimsum here is fabulous too, just book ahead or no tables..

If I can give 0 star I will definitely do it. No one at the front desk and I just waited for 15mins then found that they were taking orders inside. You should at least give an instruction saying how to order take out during covid19! This is my first time but also my last time!

My boss treated me here, I remember it being very good food, a variety of it was served. The service was also very good 👍 I tried milk tea for the first time, I liked it a lot. There were quite a few of us, impressive how they were able to accommodate all of us.

Good food. Good service. The best part is easy to get parking. I heard that its almost impossible to get a table usually. Its because of the pandemic and fewer patrons now so I can come to eat without many troubles. So, maybe this review and comment cant apply to all times.
